Nature of the Website

This is a private reference with no authority over any government office. It stores no official Pima County record and cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a court paper, change a roster, or compel a records custodian.

The pages identify jail, court, police, state-corrections, and federal resources. They may also connect visitors to independent research tools whose operators control their own terms and results.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the service lawfully and without harming another person or the site's operation.

• Do not violate any applicable law.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use site information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision.
• Do not seek unauthorized access to an account, server, or system.

Strict FCRA Prohibition

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide a background check, credit report, or consumer report, and neither it nor its advertising partners supplies a screening service. A visitor agrees not to use any page or linked result for an FCRA-regulated decision.

Those destinations are not endorsed or controlled here. Pima County Busted Mugshots is not responsible for their content, availability, data practices, or terms, which visitors should review separately.

Custody and court data can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from PCSD, a court, a police department, or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pima County Busted Mugshots and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or an outside resource.

User Indemnification

A visitor agrees to defend and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor's use of the service or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless stated otherwise, the site's original text, graphics, logo, layout, and code belong to Pima County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, modified, republished, or distributed without written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. A revised version becomes effective when posted, and continued use after publication signifies acceptance.

Suspension of Access

Access to all or part of the site may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Arizona Governing Law

Arizona law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arizona.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the degree needed to make it enforceable.
